Originally from the United Kingdom and now based in Mauritius, I've spent my career working across travel, finance, entrepreneurship and technology, building relationships with businesses and helping solve real operational challenges.
Today, as Founder of Gennovate AI, I focus on helping companies understand how AI can genuinely improve the way they work, not just from a technology perspective, but by aligning people, processes and business goals.
One thing I've learned from working across different industries is that companies rarely fail because of technology alone. More often, people, systems and processes are disconnected, which slows growth and creates inefficiencies. AI is now accelerating change even faster and businesses that adapt early will have a major advantage over those that wait too long.
Interestingly, last year many businesses I spoke to believed AI was mostly hype. Now, many of those same businesses are actively exploring how to integrate generative AI into their operations and often reaching out to me for advice.
